It is private, unhurried, and begins with the whole person rather than the org chart — the leader's health, attention, marriage, family, faith, and the cost of the pace they have been keeping, alongside the structure, culture, and communication of the organization itself.
{first} brings nearly three decades of consulting across healthcare, senior living, real estate, hospitality, academia, and religious organizations, twelve years of program leadership with Landmark Education, and her study of Aramaic wisdom underneath the whole of it.
